  • The Hirer consents to Sewa Dinamik Sdn Bhd using personal information in order to:
    • Ascertain the Hirer credit worthiness;
    • Provide Furniture and other services to the Hirer;
    • Prevent theft of the Furniture;
    • Enter into contracts with the Hirer or third parties;
    • Market and maintain a relationship with the Hirer.


  • Sewa Dinamik Sdn Bhd will keep the personal data held confidential but may provide information to:
    • personnel, agents, advisers, auditors, contractors, financial institutions, and service providers in connection with our operations or services;
    • our offices, affiliates, business partners and counterparts (if any);
    • persons under a duty of confidentiality to us;
    The Hirer has the right to access the personal information the Owner holds about the Hirer.
